Tough Workout, New Studio
Just finished a workout at the new MyoDesign studio in the Leslieville area of Toronto.
I did Day 1 of KB Muscle. It was a combination of double-KB high pulls, snatches, military presses and front squats.
Military presses today were the weakest lift probably because they’re done right after the snatches.
My grip was smoked as well.
I finished the workout with some chin-up ladders...
