24kg Chin-Ups & BlakRoc on the iPod
Cold ride into work this morning. Luckily there wasn’t any black ice.
For my workout I did the “Light Day” of KB Muscle which involves swings, snatches and see-saw presses.
Love the Light Day.
After that I did 15 neutral grip chin-ups with a 24kg kettlebell attached to a weight belt around my waist (that’s about 53lbs).

First Workout of the New Year
Lots of energy for my first workout of 2011. I had some ’90s hip hop playing on the iPod - Tribe, PE, DeLa, Special Ed just to name a few.
I did Day 1 of KB Muscle and then finished with 2 rounds of an Ab circuit of…
1) blast strap fall-outs x 15
2) reverse Ab curls x 15
3) McGill opposite hip touches x 20
Abs were hurting afterward.
