Cold ride into work this morning. Luckily there wasn’t any black ice.

For my workout I did the “Light Day” of KB Muscle which involves swings, snatches and see-saw presses.

After that I did 15 neutral grip chin-ups with a 24kg kettlebell attached to a weight belt around my waist (that’s about 53lbs).

As promised, I didn’t do 15 straight. I broke it up into little sets of 1 or 2 making sure my form was perfect.

I also weighed myself this morning and I’m up to 161lbs. I gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I just don’t know if the weight I gained is muscle or Gingerbread :-)

My waist circumference is still under 32”.

On the iPod today was some BlakRoc - a collaboration between some New York rappers and the Black Keys.

If you like hip hop, I highly recommend you get this album.
